We're Talking About Teeth Whitening

I'm so excited to share with you my personal journey with the Lumineux Teeth Whitening Kit! I will update Before and After pictures over the course of the next 2 weeks being that I'm already liking the results. 2 weeks is how long it takes to start to really notice results.

What to Expect When You Order

So, when I ordered I decided to get the Kit with the Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Mouthwash, & Whitening Strips. They give you enough in the kit to last you 2 weeks. I went to their website to purchase it, https://oralessentials.com/. You can also go through Amazon. Whatever works best for you.

The kit I purchased was the Whitening Kit. But they also have a microbiome kit. The kit I got cost me $45 without taxes & shipping. Funny story, their system glitched and they sent me a second kit AND they didn't charge me for it. I love it. It was FREE. Everyone loves FREE stuff.

Now because we are in a pandemic I experienced extremely delayed shipping. They did reach out to me often an reassure me they were getting to my order. 

They had good reason in my opinion, because the factory that produces there products started to make hand sanitizer because at one point it became extinct! No one could find any. So they jumped in and I do admire that.

I received my kit and I was just as excited.

I started using my kit as it instructed. At first I whitened them every night for the first for days then I waited a week to whiten again. Then, getting busy I fell off schedule with it. But, I started again so I'll be sure to collect pictures over these next few days and will upload them to this blog post.

Initially I could tell just after a few treatments of the strips and using the toothpaste & mouthwash for that short time made a huge difference. In my opinion my teeth can be whiter. 

They have an option to subscribe with them and you get the products cheaper. Or, you can do a one time purchase but it will be $45.

Product Details

The Whitening Strips

The products are mess free and easy enough to store.  The strips are gel-like and very easy to apply. You apply the strips and leave them on for 30 minutes.

Be careful not to place over your gums, whatever extra strip you have you fold over your teeth. The strips are not meant to be left on longer than an hour. So, don't be hard headed. After you do that, you brush with the toothpaste and use the mouthwash provided in the kit.

The Whitening Toothpaste

The toothpaste is thinner than most toothpastes'. I feel its mostly to whiten the teeth. It doesn't really leave your mouth feeling fresh. So, what I did was use my regular toothpaste in the morning and use the whitening toothpaste at night. 

I will say that I feel it is essential in this whitening process. You want to brush with the toothpaste for at least 60 seconds to remove all excess gel from the whitening strips.

The Mouthwash

The mouthwash did leave my mouth a little refreshed. It leaves your mouth with that clean refreshing feeling. I used that in the morning and at night. After brushing with the whitening toothpaste I swooshed it all around my mouth for 1 minute. Again I feel this is a boost to the whole whitening process.
