What are Strip Lashes?

If you’ve worn Lashes before, more than likely you started out with Lash Strips.

Lash strips are a pre-made band of lashes that are applied with removable adhesive, known as Lash Glue.

They are meant for every day application and we don’t advise sleeping with them on . Sleeping with them on can change the Style of Lash. So we do advise removing them daily for proper care.

Our Lashes here at Peenk’s Minks LLC can be worn up to 22-25 Times with proper care. You will have to keep the lash line of your strips up for your desired look.

Application

1. Measure the Lash Strip. Make sure it matches the length your lash line.
2. Trim the Lashes with Scissors.
3. Apply the Lash Glue to the Clean Lash Strip, be careful not to make too thick of a layer . Keep it as thin as possible . You don’t want them to look bulky.
4. Let the glue dry to a shiny opaque look , until it’s tacky.
5. Place and press the lash strip against your eyelid, right along the lash line.
6. Adjust the strip to fit your lash line as much as possible , no gaps , and no frayed ends.

Lash Strip Care Tips

• Keep the layer of Adhesive you Apply as thin as possible
• Avoid over applying Mascara to your Lashes before Applying
• Clean your Lashes Regularly
• Use Lash Tweezers to Apply
• When Cleaning Use a Cotton Swab, Alcohol or Eye Make Up Remover and gently rub away the excess makeup & glue from the lashes. Do Not Squeeze Dry! Air Dry Only.

What are Individuals? Or like we say ‘Indies’?

Individual Lashes are groups of three or more synthetic lashes attached to each other. So imagine 3 individual lash hairs paired together.

You can get these lashes professionally applied or apply them yourself with proper training. Because these lashes are clustered be careful not to over crowd your lash line. The more clustered the more you put on, the more weight your eyelid will have to carry .

With proper care these lashes can last up to 8 weeks before the grow out naturally.

This style isn’t cheap. Being that they last a long time and they give a more natural look, prices can run you anywhere from $80 to $300 .

This style gives you a subtle natural look that fits YOU.

Be sure to keep debris from building up on your lash to abound irritation or infection being that these lashes last a long time but usually aren’t taken off every night before bed.

All in all, BOTH give you a more fuller look . Depending on your preference and comfortability, we LOVE both!
